The Kyo santoku knife was created using 3 layers of stainless steel to produce a blade that is sharpness, durable and rust resistant.
This santoku knife has a 180mm long blade consisting of a single beveled edge blade with a matte finish. This knife is capable of chopping, slicing and dicing all manners of vegetables, fruits and seafood. The Kyo santoku knife is best described as a large utility knife able to do most of the jobs in the kitchen.
The handle has been contoured for the users comfort during use with the side ridges acting to give the user more grip.
